These 6-8 oz chicken breasts came from free-range birds fed an entirely GMO free diet. Boneless, skinless chicken breast remains of the most healthy and versatile meat options available. These smaller portion sizes are ideal for salads or grilling, and come from smaller birds which tend to be more tender and flavorful.

It’s worth mentioning that Mary’s chicken is air-chilled, without added water. Because of this, you will experience a quicker cook time than you might be used to with standard, “water-chilled” chicken. Removing these from heat sooner than you would a standard, water-added chicken will produce better results and prevent your Mary’s chicken from drying out.
