I’m thinking about placing an order. How does this process work?

Pick Up: Click the Products tab and add the items you are interested in purchasing to your Cart. As you complete the checkout process, you'll be asked to select a shipping option. Choose "Free Local Pick Up". A confirmation email will be sent to the email you’ve provided listing your order number and stating that we’ve received your order. Once we’ve finished packaging your box of deliciousness, we will send you a second email stating your order is ready for pickup.

Arrive at our order pickup site (1921 Vine Road, Lynnwood, WA 98036) during our will call hours (Monday through Friday/9am through 3:30pm). Open your trunk and call 425-481-5100. After you provide us with your order number, we’ll bring your order out and load it into your car. The entire process is entirely contactless.

Delivered: As above, click the Products tab and add the items you'd like to order to your Cart. During check out, select UPS or EC Wilson Local Driver shipping.

An email will be sent to you confirming we've received your order. A second email will be sent when we ship your order (including a tracking number if the order is sent by UPS instead of a EC Wilson Local Driver). Orders for delivery typically take 1-6 business days to arrive. Please Email us via the Contact form if you haven't received your order by the 6th day.

I’ve placed an order. How long can I expect it to take before it’s complete?

At present, orders placed Monday-Thursday are filled and ready for pickup within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend may not be available until Monday afternoon, however. If you need to be able to pick up your order by a specific date or time, please include this in the Notes/Special Requests field of your order.

What makes EC2Go Special?

Where possible, our products are sourced from the Pacific Northwest. Unlike our competition, which may use Ungraded or Select grade beef, EC2Go features mostly Prime (Top 5% of Domestic Cattle) and abundantly-marbled Wagyu steaks. On chicken we favor Free-Range birds raised without the use or need for antibiotics, and on seafood we make wild, sustainable choices for your plate.

How are your steaks packaged?

Unless otherwise specified, all of our steaks, chicken and raw pork are vacuum sealed and frozen. If you’d like to receive your steaks fresh instead, please note this during checkout under the “Special Requests/Additional Information” section during checkout. (Limited to stock on hand)

What does Limited mean?

Occasionally we post special items from our EC2Go Limited line. These small batch items are premium cuts that may only be available for a short amount of time. If you’re interested in buying one of our Limited steaks, make sure to buy them while supply lasts!

It looks like I’m four steaks short on my NW Prime Steak box. What am I missing?

We get this question a lot! Our Prime Filet Mignon and Prime Top Sirloin steak are vacuum sealed two to a pack. Sometimes it can be hard to tell while they’re still in the package, but trust us—they’re there!

How long are your products good for in the freezer?

We recommend using frozen vacuum-sealed meats purchased from EC2Go within 180 days of their pickup date. Gentle-handling and holding our products at a consistent temperature will maintain quality and ensure the best possible shelf life.

I’d like to buy a cut you don’t have on your website. Do you ever do any custom work?

At last count, we have over 700 cuts of meat in stock that aren’t listed on our website. If you’d like to order something you don’t see on our site, please use the Contact form and an EC2Go representative will reach out to you with more information.

Can I order a BBQ pig from you?

Yes! Fresh BBQ pigs are available by preorder only and take 7-10 days to arrive. If you’re interested in more information, or if you’d like to place an order for a BBQ pig, please use the Contact form. In your email, please include a weight range for the pig and a date range you’d like to pick up.

I’m not from Washington State or Oregon, but I’d like to buy from you. Will you ship steaks direct to me?

We hope to be able to expand our delivery footprint in the future, but at this time we're only delivering to Washington and Oregon.

I’d like to place a large order for our household, event, or company, but it’s more than what I can fit in the trunk of my Mini-Cooper. Do you have any options for local delivery?

Please reach out to us VIA the Contact form. We do have minimums for delivery, but we may be able to get you onto one of our refrigerated trucks for next day drop off.

I can only pick up on Saturday or after the hours you’re closed for will-call. What are my options?

Please reach out to us VIA the Contact form. We may be able to set you up with a Saturday morning Will Call slot, or come to another arrangement. If you intend to send someone else to pickup your order, please make sure they have the order number from your email.

I am a great hunter, and I’m wondering if you can process my deer/wild boar/sabretooth tiger for me?

I’m afraid not. Because our facility is inspected by the United States Department of Agriculture, we’re limited to working with meat slaughtered in a USDA facility.

We’d like to recommend our friends at Silvana, Del Fox, Fischer, or B&E for all your game processing needs.

I am a master angler, and I’d like you to portion my king salmon/halibut/plesiosaurus for me. To whom do I write the check?

You can write it to Silvana or B&E, because while your trophy Loch Ness Monster is certainly impressive, we do not fillet or portion fish in our facility. Send us pictures, though!
