SHIPPING POLICY

For Local Pick-Up:

Customers placing an order for local pick-up (will-call) will receive an email with an order number confirming that their order has been placed. A second email will arrive when the order is ready to pick-up.

Pick-up is available at our Lynnwood, WA warehouse (1921 Vine Road, Lynnwood, WA 98036) Monday-Friday, from 9 AM to 3:30 PM. Customers arriving at our warehouse after receiving the order is ready to pick-up email, should call us at 425-481-5100. Park in one of the designated Customer spaces. Please have your order number, and the last name the order was placed under ready when calling. An EC Wilson Meat 2 Go associate will bring your order out to your vehicle and load it for you.

All sales are final.

Please inspect your order prior to leaving our parking lot. We may be unable to replace missing, or damaged items at a later date.


For Shipped Orders (WA, OR, & ID Only):

Orders placed through our bulk shipping catalogue are shipped VIA UPS or an EC Wilson Meat 2 Go local driver. Because we are often cutting your meat to order, please allow 2 Business Days for Shipping and Handling. You will receive an order shipped email with a tracking number if your order has been shipped by UPS, or a notice that your order has been loaded onto EC Wilson Meat 2 Go local delivery VIA email when your order ships.

If your order has been sent out by UPS, please allow up to 3 additional business days for your order to arrive. Please notify us immediately if you have not received your order within 5 business days after you’ve placed it.

Shipping is available to all zip codes in the following states: ID, OR, & WA

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns on product shipped VIA UPS.

Due to the frequency of “porch pirates,” we are unable to refund your order if it is stolen after delivery is completed. Please make arrangements to receive your package and place your items in the freezer after they arrive. It is recommended to place all ordered items in the freezer for 1-2 hours after receipt before transferring them to refrigeration in order to achieve best fresh shelf life.
