WAGYU BEEF BRESAOLA - AGED AND AIR-DRIED TO PERFECTION

Our Wagyu Bresaola has been air-dried 120 days and thinly-sliced. It’s layered into a convenient 4 oz package, the perfect size for your home made cheese or charcuterie board. Bresaola has a taste similar to prosciutto and and can be used in many of the same applications. Bresaola can be eaten right out of the package and is intended to be served either chilled or at room temperature. It does not require further cooking.
